Before Our First Session

2 Log a week of decisions. Use the 1-Week Decision Audit. Every call that routes to you, write it down. Bring it to the session.

3 Name the worst bottleneck. Pick the single decision that interrupts you most. That is the first row of the matrix we build together.

What the Rhythm Looks Like

Over the next three months we meet three times, ninety minutes each, on the install: what is built, what is stuck, what is next on the 90-day plan. I review your numbers before we talk, you leave with the next piece dated and assigned, and the next session opens by checking whether it got done. Small, repeated, tracked. That is how a system actually goes in.
