Days 1–8 Audit
I work the numbers.

Financials, estimating, routing, job packages, SOPs, decision rights. Each module scored, each leak dollarized, each number shown with its math.

Day 10 Readout
45 minutes on a call.

You get the scorecard 24 hours before we talk so you can argue with it. Then we go through the Top Three and the Thirty-Day Five.

After Your call
Fix it, book the Deep Dive, or sit with it.

All three are fine outcomes. Half the Audit fee credits against a Deep Dive booked within 60 days.

What if my numbers are a mess?

Then that's the first finding, and it's usually the most expensive one. A mess is auditable. Missing is auditable. I've never had a data set too rough to score.

Do I have to talk to anyone before I pay?

No. If you'd rather talk first, the Fit Call is 25 minutes and free of pitch. Most owners skip it and book.

Can I upgrade to the Field Audit later?

Yes. Pay the difference and we schedule the two days. The Paper work carries over; nothing is redone.

What if I decide I want the Deep Dive?

Book it within 60 days of the readout and $1,238, half the Audit fee, comes off the $9,976.
