You pay. I send dates.

Two consecutive days, Monday through Thursday. I also send the short data request so the numbers are in hand before I land.

Day 1 Onsite
6:30 in the yard.

Load-out, dispatch, wheels-up time. A ride-along on a live route. What a crew leader gets handed. Who calls you, and about what.

Day 2 Onsite
End of day, then the readout.

Return, unload, paperwork, tomorrow's prep. Then 60 minutes with the scorecard, or by call within five business days if you'd rather sleep on it.

After Your call
Fix it, book the Deep Dive, or sit with it.

All three are fine outcomes. Half the Audit fee credits against a Deep Dive booked within 60 days.

What do you need from my team while you're here?

Nothing staged. Run the day the way you always run it. The point is to see what happens when nobody is watching, so the less you prepare, the more useful the two days are.

Do I have to talk to anyone before I pay?

No. If you'd rather talk first, the Fit Call is 25 minutes and free of pitch. Most owners skip it and book.

Is travel really included?

Yes. Flight, car, hotel, all inside the $5,476, anywhere in the continental US. One number, no expense report, no surprise on the invoice.

What if I decide I want the Deep Dive?

Book it within 60 days of the readout and $2,738, half the Audit fee, comes off the $9,976. The Field Audit is Week 1 of the Deep Dive, so nothing is repeated.
